'Pumpkin Patrol' to watch for pranksters on Thruway this Halloween

For the 39th year in a row, volunteers and state police will partner to ensure Thruway motorists have a safe Halloween.

Kudos to everyone willing to watch those overpasses.
Many years ago driving for Eazor Express,an LTL long out of business.
I got a hunk of ice that messed up my windshield on one of our local expressways.
It was thrown from a walk bridge,fortunately I was in the hammer lane,so when I was blinded, I only hit the guardrail & no other vehicles.
