Combined Q3 & Q4 Operating margin is 5.45%.

That should equate to a payout of 1.1575% of eligible earnings.

Note: Depending on where, beyond the decimal, they decide to draw the line, and the subsequent effect of rounding, it could be as little as 1.14 or as high as 1.175%.

My higher number comes from the fact that the (Q-3) 2.7 O/M came from a substantially smaller revenue pie. The (Q-4) 7.8 is a much larger piece of a much larger pie, carrying more weight.

We'll receive a 1.18% payout, the benefit of favorable (to us) rounding of the figures. :1036316054:
