Good news:

We'll receive a 1.18% payout, the benefit of favorable (to us) rounding of the figures.

Also, we can expect a separate check this time.

Incentive is showing on ADP now. Looks like depositing on the 19th. Well pleased with the amount!!! Hopefully we can make strides to be more profitable for the next one and get that 5% payout.

Word on the street is the next bonus will no longer be tied to a seperate division. We will be lumped in as a whole. So essentially if Ground has a crappy quarter, it will factor into the bonus etc.

That would also mean that if they have a great quarter it would factor in. The bonus was done that way originally.
