What's the rule on getting paid for delay time? Is it 1 hour 15 mins. from the time you roll through the gate or is it from your scheduled gate time?

What's the rule on getting paid for delay time? Is it 1 hour 15 mins. from the time you roll through the gate or is it from your scheduled gate time?
If you have a schedule at term, it is 1hr 15min past gate time. If you are off route it is after arrival time. the only exception is at the start of night. That is 1 hour after closeout:smilie_132: Hope this helps.
