I filled out application today online and I have 20 yrs in ltl. 15 of those years were at holland. Does anybody think that will hurt my chances since they were union?

Its very unlikely that would affect your employment. In my 10 years of driving, 8 of those years were union and it didn't make a difference with my tm. There may be a tm or two out there somewhere that has a beef with former union employees but I haven't seen it.

My TM is a old roadway salesman, and we have several drivers at my terminal that use to drive for union outfits. You should be fine.

that sounds about right.. saia pay doesn't vary much from region to region, except for a very few select terminals that are exceptionally understaffed.
