Just got a voicemail from one of our facility managers. He is calling to arrange an interview with me for the redshirt position.
Wow, in 6months of "busting my ass" work on the dock and in the yard, and I finally have a chance at full time! Thank you, fellow laborers, for all the follow up posts you've all made here! Your morale boosting words have really helped me grind through a part-time, no confidence job prospect, to a career that will last me a lifetime.
