'03 and newer have am/fm/cd. '02 and older have am/fm/cassette. Never been in a city unit, so I can't say.

It depends the new Volvos do the old city Freight Liners and Internationals do not.

City tractors are bare bones equipment. A seat, steering wheel, gearshift, and fifth wheel. Linehaul is built more for occupant comfort. Slipseating tends to wear down the quality of the equipment rather quickly.
