My son is closing in on his first 90 days with OD, full time. Anyone know when he will get his next raise, and then when do the raises come in the future? Thanks! He’s a dock worker.

Again,every terminal is different.So best to call your Son's Terminal or go with him to find out.

Hourly should be every 6 months until they max out at 3 years. He should also get the cost of living raise every Sept if they give one. Might be different at his terminal tho
