I do not believe we will see any raises in pay and definitely not in retirement,as in matching what you put in.Look at the equipment ,on our docks or on the road.Its still run by pjax management here in the east with a new fancy name.look around you nothing has changed,same excuses for stuff from corporate, to linehaul,maintenance and dock supervisors.Just go to WMD for a week at night,bring a pillow and blanket oh and lunch,columbus also.Keep praying its gonna get better.At least our paychecks are still good.
