In NBM our top pay will go from 25.41 to 25.91.

Some people had the meeting this morning.
Looks like the 50 cents and penny a mile rumor was pretty accurate. This guy is likely at 25.41 now and going to be at 25.91.
Did they say anything about performance based pay ?

Nothing about uniforms or PTO
They are working on changing the performance bonus (VPP) but doesn't know how that will be structured
Wonder if the 50 cent raise is company wide or certain areas.
That would be a pay cut, you must be from the south somewhere

Congrats, on the raise. I hope that your able to get the hours to make it count. My company needs to up the aunty again first of the year. Have to stay competitive you know.

I haven't seen anything this is company wide. In my district, Cincinnati, that $0.50 raise. There are districts making more.

as for uniforms go, i was told ours were ordered with our previous size's! no mention of pto changes
If that is next to top rate, you get .30, top rate gets .50 from what I understand.
I'm not, and the raise will bring me to $25.91 (Boston region).
Top out for most guy down south is 24.77 a hour and .585 a mile.
I'm from the Boston region, so i can't speak to that. I would hope you get the .50!
