Is there anyway to find specifically what terminals those are

I only know of the three in my region. I know there's more elsewhere and I think that the guys hauling triple out west get the extra $0.02

I would bet Denver is a "focus" terminal. If they show up and their run gets cut and they get sent home, they get 4 hrs pay compared to the standard 2 hrs.

Triples get .02 & I believe that any LCV get it as well, also with triples you get additional time in the drop/hook... but it has been years since I last pulled them so I can't say for 100% certainly

Yes ... From 24.66 to 25.40 ... 74 cent increase. Line to 62cpm if I'm not mistaken. This is for DLS and GRL rider (our region) I can't speak for other areas of the country. Should be on the check we get on the 20th.
