FxF got one of the most insulting "raises" of their last decade.

3%, which isn't even $1hr for them.
That, after 4+yrs of record profits, double digit OM, and a massive reduction in operating costs.



All that to say, it won't take much for XPO to do better than FxF.

I would NOT call it a BIG bump in pay so not sure what you think a big raise is…3%, they did the bare minimum. So for my areas that came out to $1.01 per hour more.
Last year we got 5% which was about $1.89 an hour.
Good luck I hope you guys get a decent increase.
