I’m not completely certain on how the red circle works but the language doesn’t seem to me, to protect everyone

It gets rid of the red circle. If a road driver is on the board, no purchase transport can be dispatched. It gives a driver protection from the get go.

I was told that they were doing away with the red circle and that all drivers would be protected, but the language in the proposal seems to me that if you work out of a 2 line seniority board terminal without transferability between local and road you won’t be protected.
