Oookay. Any idea where they may have went to?The one in Milwaukee just left abruptly too.
Soooo , according to what you have stated there was consideration or a vote in the Indianapolis region? That must have been part of the deal in Milwaukee. If they keep blaming the problems on the local management their not going to find suitable replacements soon .
Employees consider or vote in representation and the next thing you know bye bye regional manager. It's a pattern.

Sounds like scapegoating.

We was told Monday morning that Dean P resigned. He was based out of Indianapolis.
Facts?? You want Facts. I'll be glad to give facts. When we in the UOA petition for the union upper management fired the RM who had over 23 year's at Conway. He was the top guy in this Area, he was untouchable. he couldn't do wrong and Conway was his whole life. Then there's the CSR who has been with Conway for 21 year at the time. She's also untouchable everyone is afraid of her. She did what ever she wanted in that shop. But when we petition. She was thrown back to the service center. Where she's not liked at all. But she still working for the company. Then we have the RM trained seed(shop manager) who cried and begged oh yeah and bribed the brothers in the shop not to bring in the union because he would get fired. So the brothers backed down and lied to the rest of the mechanics so they would back down.Or maybe he got a better job offer. Upper management don't give 2 week notices because they will be told to leave now. This is nothing new and been going on for years.
But hey the union will just call it scapegoating without knowing all the facts
Well you did point at one fact. No one is untouchable. Though it is funny how you say people are scared of a CSR but hey someone wasn't and kick her ass down a notch or two.Facts?? You want Facts. But if you like to come over and chat with me at the shop I'll be glad to talk to you about facts and show you what the union did in that shop. (as long as i'm of the clock)
And I'll show you how the brothers and manager stand around bull :::: most of the day and policy don't apply to them.
I'm at the UOA shop just in case you didn't get that.
Yeah someone wasn't scared to stand up. Me and the threat of the union. As for your light's and code's on your tractor. Leave it at the shop and tell management to send it to the dealer so they can fix it since you think the company mechanics can't do it. Just don't be whining where your tractor is. it'll get fixed when they get to it.Well you did point at one fact. No one is untouchable. Though it is funny how you say people are scared of a CSR but hey someone wasn't and kick her ass down a notch or two.
We all know about standing and bull ting at the shops all you have to do is look at the equipment when it leave the shop. The same warning lights and codes are still their.
I own none of these trucks so as for whinning about a truck will never happen. I don't think I have seen for myself. Truck goes up for service and comes back with the same problems and codes make you think if the oil was changed.Yeah someone wasn't scared to stand up. Me and the threat of the union. Like i said i'm at the UOA shop .if you have any connections ask about the kind of work we do at the shop.
Why does anyone even care, they will just bring another one in to take the credit for anything good and blame the rest on the people!Facts?? You want Facts. I'll be glad to give facts. Hell yeah!!! Every region , once a week!!!If these knuckleheads figure out that they can get regionals fired by simply holding a vote, there will be a vote in every region.

If there are ongoing issues and the system isn't working in your case , you will get more done by strategically taking days off ( within the rules )Without a doubt. The biggest reason to avoid the union is a lack of results. If you can see a direct effort accomplish a desired result you are going to be far more inclined to pursue that effort to completion. Regardless of the sincerity ( or lack there of ) in the undertaking. It's like XPO has taught us... RESULTS MATTER
I don't work at XPO so that makes me a troll here I had thta happen at a prior job manger came up to me and asked if I was looking for another job I said yes sir I was looking when I got hired here, jaw dropped turned around and went back to his officeIf there are ongoing issues and the system isn't working in your case , you will get more done by strategically taking days off ( within the rules )
And fill out some applications online for jobs. Doesn't mean you have to take the job , but when the company contacts XPO for confirmation and this happens over and over , it makes a point - And who knows , you may find a better job!
The one in Florida just left too.We was told Monday morning that Dean P resigned. He was based out of Indianapolis.
