Can someone share what the years/age retirement formula is and what did we build up in the Overnite days?

55 with 60 yrs. service. 60 with 25 years service. The Overnite formula is long gone. You have to submit your request 90 days before and choose your options. Maybe others will be more specific....

The Overnite formula is : your best 5 consecutive years average × .01725 × yrs.of service ÷ 12. The Overnite formula is still used if your average earnings are $73000 or over. It is also used to calculate what you accrued under the old plan thru 2013. The new plan started on Jan.1,2014.
