yellow to have coo to move 100 jobs to hagerstown/state line, has something to do with premium service. 153 had job cuts in this area, bad business to have a large facility here, yellow to make its operation almost as big as ours was.

FatBoy we been trying to run our work up to you guys and utilize 153 as a relay to speed up service. 153 is a ideal vantage point which i know they under estimated. That being why Yellow is adding work to the area.

We're primary to 135 but they won't let us turn it. Sent proposals to requesting 153 handling some our frt as we were getting 1-2 day service into Toronto from 657 via 153. Now its a different story.
