Roll away rig kills two

A rig parked on a side street rolled down, crossed 5 lanes, and went up over a car with a woman and her child and into the building.

How awful I'm sure the neglectful trucker must be sick,knowing his error in judgment cause those 2 deaths.
Other then neglecting to set the parking brakes,I don't know any other way an unoccupied Semi would roll away?

Drivers that are so NEGLIGENT or "in a hurry" in not RELEASING THE BRAKES on Trucks and/or Combos when parked up, DESERVE ALL THEIR REWARDS.
