After talking with many ex oak drivers,customers,and our competition .I am
happy to report atleast 95% of Oaks ex-accounts in Auburn and Portland have chosen other shipping options.Stories of whining sales reps tearing hair out are all around the region. This gives Oak mgt. an opportunity to quantify the human factor. Loyalty, something they don't have but are learning about the hard way. Round six is the workers round.

I will back this up. While I dont work for OHFL, I was speaking to a customer who was a faithful user of OHFL until the strike. They've been hearing about you guys following the trucks and picketing on customer's grounds and dont want any of that. So this warehouse that ships 3-4 skids a day with OHFL wont use you guys until the strike is over.

Benjamin Moore in Vancoucer who ships 25-35 bills a day will not use **** Harbor but they will return when a regular teamster driver is back in the truck and the strike is over.
