I agree that not everybody should have a commercial license. I remember a man stationed where I was in the military. He was a heavy equipment operator & often tore up equipment. The last straw was when he rolled a tractor/lowboy carrying a grader on an open, straight highway. It was suggested that he cross train into another field or face a reduction in rank. He chose to pursue a different career which may have saved his life.
