Safety Bonus???

While people are focused on pay,401,vaca,as should be,I have seen nothing on the safety bonus or personal days.They are both part of the pay package.I feel they should be paid,pro-rated

We may get our personals,,, remeber you had to work 10 weeks to get 1 personal under the new program, Just like your vacations we will be screwed on that too!
We will probally receive 1.7 weeks vacation time this year also. Hey X they started taking money from us last fall when they changed the vacation and personal day policies.

We should be paid at least 5/12ths of our safety bonus. But dont hold your breath.
