i have a friend whos thinking of leaving his company and going elsewhere.they have him doing part time dock and part time driver.he has an interview at the orlando barn and was wondering how the company is to work for.so far what i have read it seems to be about the same as everywhere else.the only thing i have seen in the field is how crappy they load your trailers.but is pay about equal and all that goes with it?

Most likely the major difference is the color of paint and (of course R&L's fast trucks) and how the paper work is done. Otherwise it is just LTL truckin. Pay......well you know everybody does that different.
