it's not true. it has nothing to do with the current company that is hauling the freight. I honestly cannot tell you what it has to do with though. We will give some customers steep discounts, and others we won't budge on a rate.

true saia is tight on freight charges for some and others no. But they will damage everyones freight and dont care whose it is and let the city driver explain what happened to the damaged freight
