No problem this is a big news story.
I see it posted everywhere on the internet.
I even saw a report about this coming from a news service out of Germany.

thankfully no kids were seriously hurt sure could have been alot worse for all involved

Enforcement!!!!!

Like i keep sayin,School Bus's should have mandatory seatbelt's.The only problem, the driver can't enforce it why'll their drivin the bus.:TR10driving03:

I've already posted the fact that New York State has requierd seatbelts to be worn in all school buses.
My wife has always made sure they were in use,before she moves her school bus.

Its the law in our state,we that live here have to obey the laws so this is what we do.

One other note on this crash.
I was sharing this report with my wife,and she says the head of transportation in our school district has said no diver will have any type of drinks while they are driving,or they will be terminated.

The trucker was drinking a can of soda according to the news reports.
Had he been focused on his driving this crash may never of happened.

That can of soda turned out to be mighty expensive for this trucker,who admitted that he was drinking it when he rammed the bus.
