You'd have to call the carriers and see who's got the best rate but check their claims rate before you use them. When you find out what it costs us average Joes to ship a heater you might just want to buy a new one down there.

Rent a U-Haul & do it yourself, although renting a trailer to pull behind a car is not real cheap.
Plus your gas,& meals if you want to eat along the way.

    you could try ....https://www.uship.com/

maybe you'll get Mark or Jarrod, maybe even Jennifer..???

although, Jarrod is a screw up, your furnace may be destroyed.

Old Dominion used to have a pallet rate of around $100. Not sure if the still do, but it's worth checking.

This time of year you should get a good discount on a pallet rate like guardrail said. Doing a dock drop off and pick up may help.
