Yeah it’s true… all the trucks in the northeast getting serviced by contractor or if you can limp down to Newburgh..

All new trucks breaking down daily? Sounds like a recall issue

Hell sometimes we work on our on truck. I'll borrow a head light from an ADA truck in a heartbeat

start closing shops and getting rid of mech's you will pay for it dearly. It will start to show very quickly. Vendors will rake you over the coals

The current management doesn't know how to make a profit by picking up and delivering freight, so they will cut everything they can and spend no money to make the numbers.

The company better hope that no one at my terminal calls OSHA. Probably at least 6 figures in fines from violations. The place is pathetic.

There are many things going on behind the scenes.
Paper less bills, new hand helds, a total move away from UPS systems. By April of 2024 all the UPS systems are being done away with, once this has taken place, we will see what happens with operations.

Good because the hand helds are absolute junk. Everything UPS gave us was junk.

I was told that there is a civil war like struggle at this company currently. Even outright holdover ups management sabotage. I can believe it, given the current conditions and state of the company.
