Seems silly. Pay people right and treat them right in the first place and all the marketing bull crap can be avoided for the most part. Word of mouth is 1000 times stronger than any nonsense that gets cooked up on a conference call or silly office meeting by some empty suits. And , if you do it right , you will attract good quality employees while spending less money in the wrong way.
