are there regulations in place by the DOT to prevent CDL holders from receiving a DOT medical card?? Any information on this would be great. I've heard all sorts of things from, its not mandated yet, its up to the medical examiner, you can get a 3 month card after a sleep study....PLEASE HELP ME, i'm worried because lots of friends and my self need to know. They determine your BMI by size of neck and weight/height??
