How many runs will McCook loose?

I see lots of runs being canceled takin away in McCook.

What's the news on this markham terminal? I haven't heard anything about it.
 
From what I heard, they are going to shut down the Oswego terminal and open up the Markham terminal off of 294/159th st.

I'm open to the idea because 028 is ripping at the seams capacity wise.
