Sorry everyone but since the merge with Roadway service has been terrible,delivery days increased, pickups missed, and deliveries not made on time far too often. It seems to me that your management thinks spending money sending highly paid executives and directors to take me to lunch and insure me that everything is ok is money better spent than insuring the manpower is in place to get goods from point A to B when expected. Unfortunately my company will not be having YRC handle any freight into the forseeable future. I have shipped for years with Yellow and Roadway without issues,but can no longer afford to do so. When I use a CC they are servicing my customer since YRC management is failing in servicing its customers in turn they are failing mine, an option I cannot afford.
