I think I saw a notice at a terminal saying that there would be a new and improved OD policy manual available this month. I'm certain this will clear up any and all questions that have recently been posted about policy.

It's the new insurance program. They will be handing out info so you can make necessary changes.

It always amazed me how they could put so much info in a book and never answer a single question I had.Maybe I'm just easy to amaze.

Policy manuals never say anything because every situation is different. Therefore nothing of any value will be written down. Better to be vague and have less issues as a result.
