Yellow | stock ? thought they wanted extension so they did it before hearing and

there going to know vote before earnings.....sounds like they want the stock to be worthless by what they have done with reverse before hearing(what changed there mind) and then announce after the vote.... earnings.... anyone have a reason why they would do this cant be good any thoughts
