Once again this administration has been found to be on the wrong side of the constitution, Oblahblah is not fairing well for a self proclaimed "constitutional scholar"

The Supreme Court says corporations can hold religious objections that allow them to opt out of the new health law requirement that they cover contraceptives for women.

It is obvious that the Supreme Court is racist

How dare they go against the Prez after all the "only" reason that they could possibly oppose this is racism.

I wonder what the 4 desenters were thinking. Did they miss the day they taught law in law school?

Same as forcing Hobby Lobby to provide a gun for those that wish to murder their baby. Hobby Lobby said- buy your own, I'm not participating in your murder plans.

    Should have been unanamous. :duh:

    No different than consciencous objectors.

The Colorado Baker should win his case now...

women especially young women are passionate about reproductive issues
from what I was listening to today
an unintended consequence of the decision:
the supreme court may have awoken a sleeping giant

Tell me where I'm wrong. Hobby Lobby still pays for 16 out of the 20 drugs. Prior to OCARE, they paid for 16 out of the 20. OCARE took effect 6 months ago, and HobLob was exempted while on appeal from buying the extra 4. Now, SCOTUS agrees with the First Amendment and exempts them from the 4 they weren't buying all along.

Nothing Changed. Pregnant Women can still have abortions and work at HobLob, same as before. Why is anyone mad that Gov can't force the Gov's Religion down our throats? I thought the Left didn't want anyone in their bedroom? No one is- now that Gov has to retreat...

the election is over 4 months away, they will have all forgotten by then.

isn't it the WH that is paying women 28% less than men?

One could say the Tea Party beginnings were when Conservs stood up to Bush43's Harriet Meirs Nomination. Without that being withdrawn, Sam Alito being confirmed, this Decision for Liberty would not have happened...

I am sure that in actual issues of health the solution is viable.

This is more an issue of convenience.
HL will still probably cover 16 or the 20 types of birth control
However, it goes back completely to the crux of the argument, why should one be forced to pay for the ill responsibility of the other?

    Interesting aside:
was listening to Thom Hartman yesterday.
A women called in appauled by this decision, screaming that no man should have a vote on any womens health issue.
In a sense I agreed, so I called the show and talked to the call screener, and told him I wanted to agree with that women and take it a step further.
No one that does not pay taxes should not be allowed to vote. After all why should someone with no real interest in the state have a say in what that state does
Needless to say, ?I was not allowed on the air

We're used to that crap.....no big deal.
If it's not the Republican war on women, it's the war against the poor, war against gays, war against minorities, feeding Grandpa dog food, pushing Granny down the stairs, ...........whatever.

I wonder how much coverage Hillary will get for defending a rapist who raped a 13 year old girl when she was an attorney? Then even laughed when talking about the case. It appears as though Hillary might have a little "war on women" going on herself.

Run Hilly Run.......it should be fun.
