R&L | team drivers for R&L

afternoon all

going to be working for r&l as a linhaul driver out of Chicago. i was informed that they are looking for a team driver. the team drivers will be "in system" meaning they wil not have a set route. they will be running from terminal to terminal.
i am giving it some thought. but i have never ran teams or otr. i was also told that it is the highest paying driver position @r&l. can any shed some light here?

It is the highest paying driving position because they keep the team trucks moving. Leave out Monday back on Saturday. Hope you get a good partner.
