Yellow | Teamsters dismissed.

Really what does the union have to offer anymore ? yes we got insurance ,but pay for it indirectly with -15% , and our wages are lower then non-union trucking companies , Hoffa & union upper management let the pension fund go broke and let UPS out of the fund and union has NO power with YRCW any more and hell union won't even give us a free teamster cap or t-shirt or xmas ham !! So if you are looking to sign up XPO what can you offer them ??

ABF Seems to be doing pretty good making a very good wage and a pension and company paid health insurance. And they have the same union we do. May be outta not the union but the company

At PHI YRC 152 we just hired 3 ex Conway now XPO drivers. If they stay that is another story. They said the whole place sucks! I had to take them for there word! TIME WILL TELL?

ABF may be paying in at the full required rate but what does that have to do with the cuts all CSPF retirees may have to take because of the precarious condition of the fund?

The president of local 179 said he's looking forward to standing shoulder-to-shoulder to help these workers to improve their lives. His brother the X local 710 president used to say the same crap as he was allegedly filling his pockets with gift cards totaling $250,000$. And allegedly another 50,000 and steak gift cards that were supposed to be handed out to members, but were not. The members got nothing at Christmas and Thanksgiving, while he allegedly stuffed his own pockets. If any Teamster official is standing shoulder-to-shoulder with you, watch your wallet, allegedly. You get what you tolerate.
