    Violated code of conduct. Someone said I made a racial gesture (wasn't true)

    Soooooo , you were fired based off what someone said you did? There must have been some proof and/or past history to have lost your job.

    They said two statements versus mine. Nothing in my file, no accidents, nothing

    I have...about the only advice I can give you is to suck up big time and show that your sorry(even if you feel you didn't do anything wrong). Good luck brother

    It really all about the credibility of the statements. It you against them on your own. I can tell you when it comes to racist remarks there is a zero tolerance policy.

    You can try the labor board but unless the company violated the law by terminating you it probably will be fruitless.
    YOUR EMPLOYMENT IS AT WILL . Xpo can fire you without just cause and without warning. We have gone down this road before with fellow employees and the labor board has said as much.

    I know that not an easy pill to swallow but it is the fact.

    Dispatcher was telling me where a few stops were that i was unfamiliar with. I pushed my sleeve up and scratched my arm and a lady saw me and took that as I was pointing to my arm and saying I was white

    you signed an agreement to be terminated at will, your employer is living up to their part of the deal.

    One would think if you have some time with this company and no record of complaints of that nature it might work in your favor IF you gesture was misconstrued. Again the discrimination policy is clear to zero tolerance. Gestures or statements probably hold the same weight

    How dare you. I would go into the board and watch for any action or behavior that show anything that can be a racial gesture and hope one of them scratch there arm.
