Yellow | Texas lawmaker wants to change HOS rules

A lot of what that 3 hours will do is give shippers, and consignee’s leeway to jerk around OTR drivers at their docks. If the trucking companies would charge man, and equipment fee’s from arrival to departure, the driver would get compensated like they should....That is if the company doesn’t find another gimmick way to keep it from their drivers.
