Local managers will be held more accountable with grievances, claims, financial aspects etc.
This will weed out some deadbeat bird brains.

Bogus UPS made us the loss leader for their precious package hoarding operation and technically abandoned us, equipment, and infrastructure. He wants to boost labor morale and culture by making positive strides and improvements.

Wants OR 85-88% by 2024..very achievable.

GRI will be based off what the top two competitors do.

Let’s hope so..the terminal manager position at my place is like a death sentence! They should just put their office in the parking lot, so it will be a shorter walk when they get fired or transferred!
