I can remember driving that model of a Mack tractor at Roadway when I started as a casual in 1981. The right hand mirror way the heck out there.

They were UModel Macks, an offshoot of the DM Macks which were popular in construction because of the good visibility on the drivers side, made them excellent for laying blacktop building the Interstates.

I guess, because within 30 days all the bulldogs were stolen from the hood.

But really, driving a Mack, it's just like making love to an ugly woman, it's not bad, you just don't want to be caught doing it.
