FedEx Freight | The NEW (Improved???) Survey, going on NOW.

I absolutely agree. The questions open the door. Why walk away from that rare opportunity?

Anyone REALLY believe your answers can or will be used against you? THAT would be among the most foolish tactics we've ever seen, IMHO. Trust is slow to acquire, and easily lost...
Sorry but I don’t recall any questions on the survey where an answer would be considered detrimental....:idunno:

We had a meeting today with Corporate Brass.

H/R (Jeff Greer, Jason Hernandez, Daryl Moore), Compensation Advisor (Phillip Gover?), RVP (Doak Slay), and Thomas Putnam (M.Director)

On the topic of the survey, we were told that the Quality action team (responsible for the improvements) was made up of several groups, mostly leadership, as well as "input" from all areas of the workforce.

Our disappointment with the elimination of all comment options was shared.

On the topic of (survey) user login, we were told: yes, FedEx can know how many (and who) took the survey, but NOT how they answered the questions. 3rd party handles the entire process. NO way for FedEx to pinpoint THAT information.

On the GPD topic, the official explanation remains unchanged. Ongoing analysis, 2 firms used, etc, etc. We did clarify that 8 QUARTERS of consistent data, showing a deficit, is required for consideration.
