For all those who claim that the Teamsters do nothing good for its members I would like your opinions on this .

I think this shows that your opinion does count and collective bargaining is the way to go .The survey will steer our Negotiating Committee in the direction that the general membership wants on important issues as pension and health care .
You could be the hardest working driver that never needs union representation due to a problem with managment but you'll never have a say in your wage increase , pension ,and benefits without having a contract to vote on .
