Thats totally sweet Bro!
I took the picture from 30 feet away..:)
Well Dave, you gave me an idea.
You, and everyone else, go here <<<<<<< Clicky The Linky!
Ok so today (after 20 yrs driving experience) I sit here nervous about starting with a new company tomorrow.
I feel ya, I hate starting a new job..loathe it in fact. I am always worried I will forget something new and pull a bone head and my reputation as a good driver will go out the window. Stay calm, and do what you know how to do well :)
So how is the new gig dragging wiggle wagons coming?
Going well, just grateful I am paid $25.00 an hour to do this, lol.
Now that I am in a rental that has made it over the mountain a few times without blowing up, everything is just rosy. I like dragging the wiggle wagons, and really I haven't had a bit of nonsense with only two that I take every night, I can't take more than that over the passes. I did meet a very cool bad ass lady from Colorado Springs that hauls two 53' trailers at once.. she's my new idol.. and as sweet as the day is long. I would have ran **** over by now, LOL.
It's been fun teaching me to snap a set on the door, it's not been as pretty as those who have been doing it 25+ years, but it has been effective. I don't have a pintle (sp?) hook so I can't spot my own dollies, but most are very helpful doing that for me.
I like it really.
Very nice looking Bronco, whoever owns it should never sell it.
I know if it was mine I'd hang onto it.
And yes, it is pintle hook.
I shot this picture up in Saskatoon last August.
Working overtime tonight. The run I'm on for the night goes to 2 places back and forth for the whole shift. One of those places is closed, so I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs. I hate slow nights like these.
Watching snow fall in Charlotte
I wish it would fall here in New Mexico.
I wish we had our first blizzard already, actually i cant wait to work in -4 deg. temps
I guess being retired makes a difference.
getting ready to leave STL headed to Wichita and home to see my Honey
Sitting here wondering where about 500 of my posts went, LOL i must have been a real POTTY MOUTH :Omg_I_gets_present_
Wave on your way through KC. I'm about 4 miles from your terminal in Edwardsville.
So yesterday I did 3 days worth of video and online training in 7 hrs. Today I get ti go out with a trainer that has 10 less years in the road than I do. The good thing is that I am accelerating the training so Friday I'm solo.
No one cares. No one wants to wave at you. End of line.
at home after 8 days on the road, going to bed...Goodnight peeps
