This pooch looks "Chinese Eyed". (wink! wink!) You know, like he's been, um, well you know. Probably had the "munchies" afterwards too!

I will be sleeping.. peacefully.. all day. Unless the dogs start barking, or the neighbors pop in, or my brain decides to torture me some more. G'night, g'day all.. whatever time it is.

ISP sent me another email stating the requirements to pass the Physical Abilities Test. I laughed when I saw them.

    30 sit-ups within a minute

25 push-ups, with no time limit

    16" vertical jump

Mile and a half run within 18 minutes

    My step-daughter can do this

I have a dog named Zoe. She is half Lab & half German Shepherd. She was going to the animal shelter when I took her in. The previous owners tried to make her into a house dog & beat her because she was too hyper. I took her in back in the spring & she no longer cowers down every time you approach her. I also took in a stray Mountain Cur this summer. I had her spayed, vaccinated & dewormed. I found a home for her with an elderly man. Gurl Girl loved attention & now has a good home. Dogs can be trained but as my grandpa said when asked how he worked so well with horses & mules. "You must be smarter than the animals to train them".

I have two friends who qualify for animal lovers. One works at an animal clinic. At last count she had 11 dogs & 12 cats. Another friend has at least that many dogs & cats plus she has 22 horses. Some horses are boarded at her stable since she gives riding lessons. Some are abandoned horses. I think she spends all she makes on riding lessons for animal food.

Just keep looking. There are Jens out there, sometimes near your house.

Zoe's mom was a Blue Heeler, and she (Zoe) had many fathers of dubious distinction. Of the 11 pups there were no two alike, Zoe was the only female, and the only white one. One of her brothers was all black except for a white slice on his chest and a white toe, and when he quit growing he topped the scales at about 130lbs. He looked a bit like a cross between a Newfoundland and a Black Lab.

Zoe never got over about 45lbs.

Many of the pups resembled Australian Shepherds and Border Collies, and one looked a little like a Golden Retriever.

    I'm trolling Facebook, as usual.

My 15-year-old neice is highly religious, so she posts a lot of the "Like if God this" or "Share if God that" stuff on her wall, which in turn clutters up my wall. I hav no issue with it, but I believe in a good system of checks and balances. So, I posted a lot of stuff from Freemasonry and The illuminati, and tagged her.

She got a good laugh out of it as she knew I was trolling her page, but I stirred up an uproar with her 'friends'. I'm just sitting back with my coffee laughing my ass off at the "Holy Christ, you're uncles illuminati" comments.

If I owned my own place, I could do something like that. But, since I have to rent, I have to keep my babies to a minimum. I can't see myself taking an animal that I might have to give up to unknown outcomes, so I limit myself to what I know I can more than likely give a forever home to. I really admire those who can do that though.
