See if they would just turn the trucks up it would solve their problem also.
So they already have a near 3 hour,or 150 mile exemption before their clock starts? And want the 3 hours plus 15 more?Maybe just petition to let them not log at all, and leave it up to the driver to sleep and drive as much as they want? Possibly up to 18 hours a day behind the wheel a day, that sounds good.
Write your congressman today,.....we must have these rules changed, if we are going to have contented cows!!!
Ump already has his waiver, just to keep his goats happy.
Never saw a trailer hauling honeybees. Does it behave the same way swinging beef does?.
Maybe yrcw can petition the fmcsa to allow us to work more hours as long as yrc proves
they're too inept to manage their business.
Actually they used to put bee hives on a flat bed , then put a tarp over bees that allowed ventilation . That is why they must keep moving. If you get pulled over by portable scale bang on tarp and make bees mad they will fly around and make you weigh less.
Yep, same as hauling canaries, play it right , you never get an overweight ticket.
Ive hauled a few loads of swinging shrimp. They can get away from you on curvy roads
should try hauling 44,000 lbs. of swinging ducks w/o wings not that easy
My advise when hauling "crusty Prawns' , .... stay off curvy roads!

Simple answer , TURN THE TRUCKS UP !!!
Real truck drivers haul any swinging load on boardwalks.....

The faster you go , the more gravity holds your swinging load in place....

Yeah....Coop Boat Haulage didn’t last long.......EPA fines for spilled oil and fuel in water are much worse than on roadways under low bridges and boardwalks...
