well you know, i had to look this up...there has been at least one sci-fi movie regarding computerized humans..

Susan Dey (aka Laurie) on the Partridge Family was in a movie named.."Looker" where these models go in for cosmetic surgeries....

but the doctor takes on a partner....

here is a brief synopsis.....

"She is always working in television commercials and requests cosmetic surgery to make changes so minor that they would be imperceptible to the naked eye. When these models start dying under mysterious circumstances, he discovers they are all linked to the same advertisement research firm."........
