Does anyone know the OD policy on taking time off when you have no vacation? I do not mean when you are sick or injured. thanks in advance for your replies.
Talk to your TM. If its slow he may/she may let you. Other than that you can barrow against next years vacation. That has to be approved, not sure of the requirements. I think you have to be here at least 6 months to do that.
