Time has come to "Refresh our Board of Directors". Companies with a proven track record , refresh the B.O.D. ever so many years ,so they get New Ideas and Perspectives and New Established Leaders across Industries to help make changes . This B.O.D. we have now is way over due for a change and Shareholder's need to demand changes .:6788::6799:
 
A Board seat is NOT an entitlement ! We need a process to regularly refresh our board and add new Directors who can best help advance the YRCW strategy !
 
The only strategy a board member has is increase the stock price and make money for the investors they have no interest in the front line employees.

Right that's my point is they are NOT making money for the Investors , time for new people !
