I don't know about the economics as far as wage increases and medical costs. The word is we are definitely staying with teamcare and that pension will no longer be sponsored by the company.

The pension and TeamCare are not at all related.
The pension fund post UPS days is managed by a TFI paid company; it is completely separate from the Union.
TeamCare is a Central States Insurance Fund operated by the Union, but separate from Central States Pension fund.
