can only speak for my home terminal, but ifyou get it, you get it. but they try to prevent it if possible by working them 4 days a week. it isn't always this way. freight levels and available drivers dictate this.
If the freight is there everybody works, if it's slow then "voluntary" cuts start taking place. The bean counters always watch the numbers very closely.
