We've lost 6 drivers in the last month. 4 of em top scale. We have bout 75 total employees so we feel that

Seems like a steady stream of guys taking their talents elsewhere. And mostly. It's senior drivers. So many of the new drivers haven't made it two years yet. They don't wanna have to pay that money. Which is very understandable.
