Does anyone know how long you have to work for Estes before you are able to transfer to another terminal?

I put in for the big island of Hawaii every frickin year and every frickin year they say no,I dont even know if we have a terminal there but I figure it cant hurt to ask.

They usually like you to be here a year before transferring.... Ya know, just to see if you're going to stay or not....
